Demand Supply Planning Manager
1. Develop and manage demand forecasts for multiple product lines using historical data, market trends, and sales insights to ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to adjust forecasts based on promotions, product launches, and seasonal trends.
3. Create and execute supply plans to ensure product availability across global markets while minimizing excess inventory.
4. Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction in procurement, production, and distribution.
5. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing waste or obsolescence.
6. Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to track demand, supply, and inventory, ensuring real-time accuracy in planning and reporting.
7. Lead cross-functional meetings with key teams to synchronize on forecast accuracy, promotional planning, and product introductions.
8. Analyze supply chain performance data, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lead times, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover.
