· Provide strategic and organizational leadership for a Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic, overseeing strategic direction, operational priorities, service delivery, organizational development, and long-term growth.

· Lead organizational transformation and change management as the NPLC transitions from operating under the HF Care organizational structure to becoming an independent entity, overseeing the transition of key functions including finance, human resources, information technology, payroll, benefits, governance, vendor relationships, and operational infrastructure.

· Lead organizational growth and expansion initiatives, including the development and implementation of new healthcare services, partnerships, and capacity-building strategies to expand access to culturally and linguistically appropriate primary care.

· Oversee financial and operational management, including budgeting, resource allocation, funding administration, vendor and contract management, and organizational planning to strengthen financial sustainability and responsible stewardship of public resources.

· Provide leadership in governance, policy, risk management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance, working closely with the Board of Directors to strengthen organizational accountability and establish sustainable governance and operational frameworks.

· Lead workforce development and organizational capacity building, including recruitment, workforce planning, leadership development, role design, and team development to support the clinic’s evolving service needs and expansion.

· Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with Ontario Health, healthcare organizations, community agencies, government stakeholders, and local partners to advance integrated care, health equity, and community-based healthcare delivery.
