As a paraeducator I create lesson plans, lead instructional lessons for my students, provide academic support in areas in which my students need, as well as create a safe learning environment for all students. I work to ensure I have great classroom management skills, and strive to be a positive role model for all of my students. My duties also include speaking with parents concerning anything that needs to be communicated to them. Physically, I can organize classrooms, move large boxes of supplies, handle any materials with care, and keep a clean learning environment. My skills are essential to a productive education experience.
