- Operate POS system: Utilize a point-of-sale (POS) system to scan items, enter prices, and generate receipts efficiently and handle credit, debit and cash transactions.
- Maintain Standards: Adhered fully to kitchen standards involving required portion sizes, individual recipe instructions and safe food handling procedures.
- Process transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods to complete customer transactions at the checkout counter.
- Ensure customer satisfaction: Check in with customers to ensure their needs are met, address any concerns promptly, and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Food Preparation: Prepare drinks, sandwiches and salads according to the customer’s preference
- Take orders and serve food: Accurately record customer’s food and beverage preferences, relay orders to the kitchen staff, and serve meals promptly and courteously. Prepared garnishes to complement dishes on menu.
