Responsibilities include collaboration and facilitation of 20+ executive members of the enterprise Data Governance Council and Stewardship community across UNC Health’s statewide organization. Experience includes the full gamut of data & analytics governance and management disciplines leveraging DAMA and CMMI frameworks
· Developed enterprise data and analytics three-year strategy and roadmap planning to set its goals, objectives, strategies and tactics (GOST).
· Advised and wrote data governance and access policies, procedures and standards in collaboration with the Data Governance Council.
· Executed a lean approach with a team of 14 subject matter experts to establish an enterprise metrics standardization program. Included the integration of a supporting data metrics mart. Metrics content spanned strategic, clinical quality, financial and operational data domains and included A3 strategy and supporting tools and techniques supporting metrics lifecycle management. Plan includes ServiceNow integration (UNC Health’s enterprise application for IT-related services management).

· Advises as a subject matter expert on requirements and functionality for a proposed cloud upgrade proof of concept for Informatica Axon and EDC applications. My experience also brings knowledge of other leading data governance applications.
· Advised on the development of an artificial inteIligence governance framework and its alignment with AI, ML innovations including ChatGPT capabilities.
