Prepare Specials for the website as well as any print or radio ads.
Resolve any Invalid Address or ADHOCS.
Determine what the Internet Sale Prices will be and update the website.
Resolve Parts, Service, and Sales customer complaints.
Monitor all recorded inbound calls to ensure they have been added to CRM and are being handled properly.
Desk deals when needed.
Typing deals when needed.
Assisting our Corporation with anything that they need from someone that is on the ground.
Taking a phone up when no one is available or we are down on sales and I need to sell some to get us back to where we need to be. I will also do the same with Internet leads when sales are down.
