Machine Learning-Based Customer Support Ticket Man
The purpose of this project is to develop and implement a machine learning-based software solution for customer support ticket management in order to automate and enhance the existing process. The software will utilize natural language processing(NLP) and machine learning techniques to categorize, prioritize, and assign customer support tickets, as well as provide automated responses and knowledgebase recommendations. The goal is to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of customer support operations, ultimately enhancing customersatisfaction.
