• Apply a variety of assessment strategies—including rubrics, written tests, verbal questioning, observation, and peer/self-assessment—to monitor understanding and growth.
• Establish a strong presence during lessons to engage students and support learning.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with principals, administrative staff, learning assistance teachers, fellow educators, educational assistants, parents, and students.
• Facilitate parent engagement through events such as Welcome to Kindergarten, classroom celebrations, student-led conferences, and parent-teacher interviews.
