I have extensive knowledge and experience in all age groups and programs within Rainbow. I have had the privilege of working at 5 of the 7 locations, giving me a unique and deeper understanding of Rainbow as a whole. I am fully committed to maintaining and fulfilling our company's mission and philosophy, by creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, their caregivers and staff. With my experience, positive attitude, professionalism and organizational skills, I believe I would make a strong and valuable addition to the team of assistant directors.
