Summary

Kia ora (hello!)

I'm Chelsea and I am a Kiwi who moved to Canada in May this year.

In New Zealand I worked as a community and government social worker for six years, supporting children, youth and their families. I am an empathetic and passionate professional who can offer a listening ear or a cheesy joke, whatever is needed. I can remain calm in very tense and heavy situations and I can work both independently and as part of a team.

Although I am qualified and experienced in social work, I am very interested in this role as a casual youth worker. I have been looking for a casual or part-time role working with children and youth, and I am aware this role is entry level.
