  • Responsible for the construction management of the Petrie's Landing development (phases 1 & 2 ongoing). Two buildings have been under construction, others have required either assistance in repairs or involvement in design stages regarding constructability
  • Participated in the full tendering process, working intimately with the estimation team, through to the full construction cycle until delivered to tenants and handover to rental department
  • Acted as Construction Manager (CM-PM) on one site, while overseeing an external Construction Management team (client-PM) on the second site simultaneously, and reporting back to our head office for both projects
