As a sales representative, I had to keep my sales up to maintain a 90% production.
Once out of training, which I didn't even know what a TSR was. It took me three weeks to become the top sale person on the floor then three months to become a supervisor of Production. Once I was supervisor I made my team the too sales team im the floor in two weeks. B maintaining the top team in the floor. I was in charge of the trainees that just step out to the sales floor. So, I made each employee a top seller for the company every time.
So, I kept the floor opened for campaigns and too their companies wanting to use our company to get their product out
