But no two days were the same. A late shipment, sudden traffic jam, or vehicle issue could throw everything off. That’s where I thrived — thinking quickly, rerouting drivers in real time, and keeping both the customer and driver in the loop. I juggled phones, dispatch software, and GPS tracking while staying calm and focused under pressure.


With only a handful of trucks in the fleet, I learned to stretch resources, optimize fuel usage, and avoid empty miles. I built strong relationships with drivers, understanding their routes and working styles, which helped me dispatch more efficiently and keep morale high.


Whether it was updating clients, managing paperwork, or coordinating last-minute loads, I kept the wheels turning, and the service dependable.
