I have been a Registered Nurse (RN) since 2012 and currently serve as the Clinical Nurse Educator for the Emergency Department in Prince Albert while pursuing my studies as a part-time Nurse Practitioner student.
My nursing journey began in 2013 as a full-time RN in the Emergency Department at Victoria Hospital. Driven by a strong passion for Emergency Nursing and education, I transitioned to the role of Clinical Nurse Educator in August 2019. In this role, I am responsible for teaching, orienting, and mentoring new staff while also providing frontline support as a senior Emergency Nurse.
With extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration, I am skilled in delivering lectures and seminars while bringing hands-on clinical expertise to demonstrate best practices.
