To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter on behalf of Chandanpreet. First, I would like to identify myself. My name is Shayna Morris, and I am an Instructor and Program Coordinator for the Recreation Therapy program at Queens College in Mississauga (Lambton College in Mississauga). In this program, we are focused on the holistic approach of supporting individuals of all abilities to enhance their quality of life.
Chandanpreet is a part of this program and is continuing to learn skills to best support people in the healthcare field. Chandanpreet can follow instructions and work independently. She has excellent time management as demonstrated by her consistent submissions of assignments before the deadline. Chandanpreet has excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is demonstrated through her ability to write effectively within her assignments. Her verbal communication and the ability to effectively communicate is supported during all presentations throughout the semester.
With COVID-19 it has created a very different and unusual classroom environment with a lot of stress. However, Chandanpreet has stayed calm throughout the semester and adapted to all the challenges throughout the semester.
I recommend Chandanpreet as she is highly motivated, excited to be in the field to support people of all abilities and would be a great asset to your team. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me at shaynam@queenscollege.ca.
Thank you,
Shayna Morris (she/her), Recreation Therapy Instructor
