• As independent freelance architect in Hyderabad, India, I did my own architectural practice, which included residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• I have managed projects involving a systematic, cyclical process from conception to implementation.

• From ideation to the finished projects of the following types: 5 residential, 2 commercial, 2 hospitality, and 4 interior design projects, I have truly loved every hour of the work. It included working on an AutoCAD design, a sketchup model, estimates, and very photorealistic renders for showing to clients and implementing the process.

• In my role as the Secretary of Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, for WPR, I supervise and perform urban management responsibilities like working with urban planners in the development of comprehensive development plans and verifying regulatory compliance with building codes and zoning ordinances. I conserve land use by assessing and approving infrastructure development plans, and I also involve the public in surveys and promote their interests when advocating for the public. Besides, I also maintain all the land parcels and application records, conduct environmental impact studies, assist in infrastructure planning, and coordinate the aforesaid efforts so as to increase quality of life and community resilience through sustainable development endeavors.

• I have handled 2 residential projects and 1 institutional project in 16 months.
• Being a junior architect at a design studio, my role was to support senior architects and take part in different phases of the design process.
• I was involved in the development of architectural concepts, using CAD software to create detailed drawings, together with the project teams.
