• Develop and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services to meet diverse business needs
• Develop and maintain T-SQL and SQL queries for diverse database operations
• Develop and maintain views, composed stored procedures, updated tables, and managed table creation using both T-SQL and standard SQL to ensure efficient database operations
• Implement the creation of indexes and perform performance tuning on SQL queries for optimal database performance
• Design, create, and manage SQL Agent jobs to automate various database tasks, ensuring streamlined operations
• Write complex SQL queries tailored to meet specific business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for database solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot database issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime
• Adhere to Agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning, retrospective, and sprint review activities
• Utilize existing legacy reports as a foundation to design and develop Tableau dashboards, replacing outdated reporting systems
• Respond to new Tableau dashboard requests, addressing areas where reporting solutions are currently non-existent
• Assist in the organization and management of the Tableau library, ensuring efficiency and accessibility of existing dashboards
• Administer user security and handle access requests in Tableau-related tasks
• Stay abreast of Tableau advancements and continuously enhance skills through learning and development initiatives
• Provide guidance and actively participate in data governance, contributing to the development of robust data sources
• Conduct training sessions for other Tableau users, fostering a knowledgeable user base
• Run dashboard demos to end-users, ensuring a clear understanding of the functionalities
• Investigate data issues and address user queries promptly, ensuring data integrity and user satisfaction
• Liaise with the Tableau Server platform team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
• Undertake additional duties and provide coverage as required by the team, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Industry- Telecommunication

• Develop and automate predictive models for key business processes
• Provide training in SQL, Python, R, and other relevant tools
• Coach users on SQL/Tableau for self-extractions and data visualization
• Ensure data quality management and cleansing for division-relevant data
• Foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning
