• Provide one-on-one and or group support for children living with neurodiversity such as Autism and ADHD.
• Implements crisis prevention techniques such as SIVA to de-escalate challenging situations, maintaining safety for the client and other program participants.
• Serve as a role model for clients by demonstrating appropriate social and emotional skills during interactions.
• Monitors and reports client progress, adjusting intervention strategies to improve overall growth of client.
