I started as a fabrication lead hand which is something I excelled in and enjoyed. My first supervisor position was as the night shift supervisor for all areas of the facility. When a dayshift supervisor position opened I moved into that position and supervised the welding/powder coating/bin assembly area for 5 years. I then supervised the assembly areas for 7 years and now I'm back supervising welding, powder coating, and fabrication.
