I am a Registered Practical Nurse with over 25 years combined experience in Long Term Care, Retirement living and Community Nursing. I am professionally trained in safely administering medications and experienced in ensuring high standards for quality of care as well as culturally competent care for a wide variety of clients and their diverse needs. I am a responsible RPN with excellent communication skills, time management and the ability to work in a fast paced environment, task-oriented, also a dedicated team player. I am a strong advocate for resident’s rights, strive to understand resident’s and family members needs and concerns.

As the RPN I am teaching and training new hires and UCP's on the floor on the best practice in nursing and consistent quality of care.

• Vitals Testing - Measured a numerous amount of resident's weight, height, body temperature, pulse rate and blood pressure daily.
