• Preparation of basic and thematic cartography as input for the preparation of the Context Analysis Documents.
• Preparation of studies on property concentration and transfers of ownership that support the presumptions of dispossession in Article 77 of Law 1448 of 2011.
• Advising on the systematization and analysis of secondary information from available institutional sources to determine the conditions of mode, place and time of abandonment and/or dispossession.
• Leading inter-institutional coordination for the exchange of information and/or methodologies.

• Conduct technical visits to the assigned properties.
• Verify current urban planning regulations.
• Prepare a sufficient and consistent market study to determine the appraisal values.
• Deliver the technical report of the commercial appraisal for the assigned property.
