As a Steward at Pebble Beach, I played a key role in maintaining a clean and organized environment for both staff and guests. I was responsible for supporting the dining and kitchen teams, ensuring that operations ran smoothly and efficiently during service hours. My tasks included:
- Dishwashing & Sanitation: Ensured proper cleaning and sanitization of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Food Service Support: Assisted in the timely setup and breakdown of dining areas, including replenishing supplies and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Worked closely with servers, cooks, and other team members to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Monitored inventory levels of cleaning supplies, utensils, and kitchenware, reporting shortages and placing orders as needed.
