For about two years, I worked at Northern Cyprus Turkcell, one of the Turkcell group companies, inestablishing inbound-outbound and customized services, customer services and customer experienceteams, creating customer experience processes, analyzing planning and reporting needs and managingthe teams reporting to me.

I have more than 8 years of management experience in Turkcell Group companies, including mainlyTurkcell Global-Bilgi. In addition to managing Turkcell Black and Platinum operations at Turkcell Global-Bilgi, I have also actively participated in the design of Privileged Services Team and the creation of LegalCorrespondence Teams working with the Information and Communication Technologies Authority.

I worked as assistant warehouse manager and warehouse manager at Boyner Istanbul Metro CityShopping Center, one of the 6 group companies within Boyner Group.

I worked as a waiter and bartender in the hospitality and entertainment venues, restaurants and bars of Grand Hotel Temizel.

I worked as a waiter and bartender in the hospitality and entertainment venues, restaurants and bars of Berk Hotel.
