  • Managed the store openings of Joybird's two Los Angeles showrooms. Assisted with project management, visual merchandising, hiring and training; ensuring smooth and successful grand openings for both locations.
  • Led our West Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles showrooms to stellar first year top-line sales and KPI performances resulting with an increase of +20% over companies projected sales operating plan.
  • Leading our Downtown Los Angeles in it's second year to stellar results and currently trending with increase of +54% over YoY sales and trending +20% above companies projected operating plan.
  • Traveled to eight of Joybird's store openings to oversee training and development of store teams in addition to managing my own showroom.
  • Spearheaded the roll out and creation of Joybird Retails new sales and commission process by creating and developing an innovative sales process from the ground up and creating all materials and training decks. Organized the roll out, training and development for all twelve of the companies showrooms.
