• Assisted in setting up a brand new unit at VJH. Helped to boost staff morale by creating a positive work environment, planning off site team building activities and creating a facebook page for our new unit.

• Taught weekly classes to hundreds of maternity clients on topics including pregnancy, labour and delivery, postpartum, parenting, health and nutrition, and hygiene. Contributed to course content and structure.
