  • Effectively managed and coached a team of 3 recruiters located in Montreal, Boston and San Francisco to deliver excellent results; instilled a standard of excellence in all aspects of the full life cycle hiring process

  • Reduced turnover while eliminating the need for external recruiting agencies saving the company $900K in agency fees
