Maintain the highest level of customer service by communicating with staff the club's expectations, enforcing policies and procedures and monitoring service levels
Responsible for onboarding new members, resolving member issues , and coaching staff to adhere to Club Link values and regulations.
Provide coaching , feedback and development opportunities for staff to improve performance.
Work closely with General Manager, Head Pro , Food & Beverage Manager , Greens Superintendent and all aspects of club operations.
