Operational & Financial Management

• Oversee all financial operations including revenue collection, contractor payroll, profit distribution, and Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) reporting for a high-margin service business
• Developed and manage all internal systems for scheduling, virtual consultations, invoicing, and compliance tracking
• Built and led the clinical team; oversee recruitment and scheduling of 9 anesthesiologists, 4 respiratory therapists, and 3 registered nurses to fulfill multi-site contract obligations
