• This position included but was not limited to staffing, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and materials purchasing. Creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures was vital to the business's efficiency and meeting essential goals. The SOP I made fulfilled the need to streamline work and alleviate staff misunderstandings. Establishing and retaining customer relations in good standing enabled this business to grow and profit each year—Mentoring and helping to develop a good work ethic in staff. Adapting to changing situations quickly was a necessary trait throughout employment.

• In the two years in this position, I was the rookie of the year, top sales, and an integral part of the team.

• I assisted other staff and service technicians in selecting the correct parts. Inventory, organization, and cleanliness were something I was highly skilled at and took pride in doing. Shipping and receiving stock and special-order items were a daily occurrence and managed efficiently.

• Supporting front-line troops to ensure they had necessary supplies such as food, clothing, shelter, and ammunition. Inventory, receiving, and shipping materials were integral to the battalion's smooth operation.
