Mindfulness is an important area in my life.  I integrate the practices daily to help myself reflect and move forward with balance with day-to-day activities.  I have played soccer and been active since I was young and find enjoyment in sports activities.  When I'm not working or exercising I will be with a book and a good cup of tea.
