· Develop annual corporate operational budgets and determine reserve fund contributions. Implement fee schedules and collection of arrears when necessary, and manage invoices.
· Chair Board of Director and Annual General Meetings; produce the agendas, meeting packages and minutes.
· Liaise with Board of Directors and contractors to define project or service requirements, scope, and cost, and drive timely project completions.
