• Responsible for conducting intake interviews and case management in a culturally and linguistically sensitive manner
• Completions of needs assessments, assessment reports, and care plans for the purpose of developing a plan moving toward self-sufficiency
• Maintain a caseload, to include accurate documentation of all services
• Facilitate substance use presentations at schools for students and prevention and intervention presentations to parents on how to manage adolescent destructive behavior
• Collaboration with DCFS, law enforcement, and therapists to provide a multidisciplinary team approach to service the client
• Submit statistical information and reports to the Supervisors on a weekly basis, and provide monthly reports

• Ensure legal documents are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner in order to comply with appropriate DMV and court regulations
• Draft legal notices, memos and other correspondence letters
• Facilitate group education sessions on AOD awareness, relapse prevention, anger, stress management, life skills, risk behaviors and other topics related to substance abuse
• Document and chart group education sessions clearly and concisely
• Interact with staff and participants, providing guidance and assistance as per program rules and procedures

• Participate in meetings to provide direct assistance to the individual with disabilities in the development of their vocational objectives
• Provide group and individual instruction to execute the individual support plans
• Monitored client progress and adjusted job coaching strategies to meet needs and navigate challenges.
• Educate and assist clients with company policies and procedures

• Recruit and enroll students into the Early College Program and dual Enrollment courses to complete university transfer requirements and/or gain certificates free of tuition and textbook fees.

• Providing general information and the benefits of attending college while assisting potential students and their families.

• Provide various resources to students in order to create the best college experiences.
