In this position I have been in charge of maintaining and updating local (NICHE) and national police records (CPIC). I have answered live calls with officers to add, modify, and remove existing information in regards to individuals personal details, warrants, conditions and charges to name a few. I am also responsible for quickly and efficiently entering stolen vehicles, tow reports, arrest reports, victim reports and mental health apprehensions. In this position we also interpret and act accordingly to incoming messages from other police services. Furthermore, I have also been processing Criminal Record Checks (CRC) and Criminal Judicial Matter Checks (CRJMC) using my training and understanding of NICHE, CPIC, Paris and PIP.
In this position I was in charge of receiving and prioritizing emergency and non emergency lines, dispatching officers using 9 codes and keeping live time stamped dictation into the CAD system. I needed to maintain contact with callers to obtain updated information for the officers in attendance, whilst running each subject into the call and providing records over the air to officers. I was also responsible for maintaining data on NICHE and CPIC for every call that came in during my shifts. Beyond this I performed background checks, input EMVCs, and masterfiling tickets and paper PONS. Furthermore we attended to the front counter, dealing with the various issues and concerns that came in.
I instructed and demonstrated different yoga styles and poses to students. I also provided verbal cues and adjustments to help students improve alignment and technique. I was responsible for developing safe and effective classes, keeping the studio area safe, organized, and comfortable for students. I maintained positive relationships with class members through personalized and knowledgeable service and arrived early to set up the room, greet students, and answer questions. I also marketed classes through social media to promote wellness and encourage clients and to further build relationships with students beyond the yoga mat.
