- Ice Captain - Opened and closed gate for skaters, rounded up the skaters when it was their time to perform, kept score on a chart, informed coaches and skaters when their time to go on was.
- Hospitality - prepared snacks and meals, served the other volunteers and workers every hour, refilled milk bottles and set out food in the coaches room, stocked up the fridge so the other volunteers wouldn't have to.
- Registration Desk - Checked skaters in, gave them their badges to access the rinks, gave them directions for where their change rooms were and updated the judges on who had shown up and who had not.

Figure Skater for SKate Canada (Star 1+2)
I am figure skater for Skate Canada. I am a Star 1 in Freeskate, Star 2 in Skills and Star 2b in Dance. I skate twice a week and have ten minute sessions with my private coach Tessa Rankie and 15 minute sessions with the group coach. I am constantly learning and am very active. I work hard to become better. It is my favourite sport and I love every aspect of it.
