For over 30 years, I have focused on IT delivery under varying methodologies, most recently SaFE 6.0 Agile. Having had the opportunity to witness the evolution and change that drive the efficiency of IT delivery in the wealth and banking industry, it has allowed me to collectively understand the varying perspectives and styles of project team members.
Inherently, plans are destined to falter. It is not the ability to create a perfect plan that matters. It is the ability to react when a plan diverts from its original path that matters.
A decision in me is not only a decision the a proven ability to execute in project management including risk, data, and change managment elements , resulting in process optimization and enhanced value delivery.
Profile: I have a specialization and keenness for Information Systems Technology and Solutions. I have been a career contractor for almost 26 years now and seldom have had issues winning contract opportunities. I have always developed inspiring professional relationships with my clients. In fact, all of my clients, have either called me back to continue to deliver work for them, and would highly recommend me. I have been referenced by many as an exceptional problem solver who can quickly adapt to new technologies to find solutions. My clients have stated that I am an articulate, versatile and resourceful team motivator with a zest for delivering excellence and client satisfaction. I have been described as having a strong communication and leadership style, which enables me the ability to excel in the most challenging of environments while maintaining an excellent rapport with all levels (including management, clients, peers, and team members). I have been distinguished by previous program managers as having an adept and unique ability to speak to business requirements, translate them into system specifications for design and development, and in turn, translate this information accurately and thoughtfully, during project summary meetings to sponsors and stakeholders alike. I will ask the important questions in order to dice requirements down to identify patterns within the data in order to find the noise and eliminate bias to accurately describe, prescribe or predict behaviors, solutions and outcomes. I believe that if data is understood correctly it has the ability to identify and report patterns and behaviors early on avoiding costly mistakes. Communication, understanding and compassion are all attributes of a great team motivator/leader - and a great leader gets the job done together.
