CAROLYN NEWBY MASON

Artist, Styling Curator, Merchandising, and Photography professional with a degree in Psychology, Marketing, and Sociology with a special focus on Fashion and Merchandising. Drawing on my background in Photography and the visual arts, I have taken an interest in merging that with the fashion industry. My work has ranged from merchandising in a retail environment to working on set and in photoshoots. Available to start as soon as needed.

• Bollig apartment project: interior design project for a three-person household. Included shooting the final images
• Personal stylist: image coaching and style guides for young professional women.
• Wardrobe stylist's assistant: assist a professional stylist on set of photoshoots with bringing samples to and from the sets, make changes when needed on set, and contribute to styling during the project
• Shellenbaum home project: interior and architectural design for a lakefront residential home
• St. Clair residence: selected textiles, fixtures, and furnishings for the primary suite
• UCLA 2016 photography summer program: Engaged in individual projects, group critiques, attended seminars from industry professionals, attended networking events, opened exhibition, and visited relevant community museums about working in the photography industry
