Summary

I have experience with work in an environment where people with addictions, mental illnesses, and various physical and psychological problems who need help, and to provide them with the help they need as much as I could, and I believe I am good at my job

I graduated from Sheridan College on April 22, 2022, with a degree in Social Service Worker and got a job as a mental health support worker at Marineview Housing Society in June 2022, and got the housing Tenant Support worker job at the Lu'ma Native Housing Society on June 20 of the same year, later in the October of that year I got my casual position as a shelter support worker and housing support worker with Raincity Housing Society. I left the Marinview Housing Society in October and got a job in the Raincity housing society. I have been working with Raincity ever since. Both jobs involve ensuring the safety and peace of mind of the residents, keeping track of their activities, making quick decisions in case of emergencies, good communication skills, ensuring a clean and tidy living environment for the residents, and helping the residents to have a relatively good mental health condition. Prior to this, I worked in the customer service industry for four years and learned a lot about responding to the different needs of guests in different situations.
