  • In charge of developing and implementing the CSR strategy with an annual budget of $2.5M targeting projects that contribute to the social license to operate for the $10B Ugandan Lake Albert Integrated Oil Project.
  • Managed the transition of the CSR landscape from 80% donations to 90% community program implementation, developing and launching up to 10 new sustainable community development initiatives in Climate, Road Safety, Energy, Gender, Education, Culture, Health and Water and Sanitation.
