• Developed and led multi-disciplinary teams to execute strategies, plans, programs, and projects to structure regulations related to waste management fees setting, applicable at national level in Colombia (1123 municipalities).
• Investigated national and international waste management standards to delivered feedback to national policy-makers to promote transition to circular economy in solid waste sector. (3 studies conducted through Regulatory Impact Analysis methodology).
• Provided detailed technical and operational direction to develop five (5) regulatory projects, consistently meeting deliverables according to deadlines.
• Provided technical guidance, peer review, and mentorship to junior engineers and economists in using and building technical and financial models to calculate waste management fees.

• Was part of multi-disciplinary teams conducting research and gathering financial, economic, and technical information to structure at least seven (7) waste management fee regulations applicable at national level in Colombia (1123 municipalities).
• Defined engineering challenges, collected data, conducted statistical analyses and established facts and conclusions to structure waste management fee formulas. (Two (2) tariff frameworks for waste management service applicable nationally to two different market segments).
• Informed public through at least Eighteen (18) professional presentations and community discussions about integrated waste management and fee setting regulation.
• Used Microsoft Office Suite, and other software tools to prepare variety of written communications, reports, and documents.
• Handled monthly average of 10 written requests, complaints, or claims from different stakeholders through official concepts about waste management regulation.

As a Junior waste management specialist and Government officer I helped to:

• Implement strategies established in the national policy for sustainable production and consumption for waste use and recovery.
• Develop technical instruments oriented towards recovery and use of waste and improvement of the competitiveness and sustainability of productive sectors.
• Evaluate technical projects aimed at use and recovery of waste to prevent pollution and improve competitiveness of productive sectors.
• Present more than 20 legislative addresses, group talks and public events.
• Create documents and other communications using Microsoft Word and other software tools.
