Greeting Owners & their Guests as well as Renters as they enter and check into the Resort. Act as a Concierge, suggesting restaurants and activities while familiarizing them with the resort. Once developing a rapport I discuss the advantage of getting an Owner update to educate them on any new aspects to their ownership. If they are Guests or Renters I encourage them to take advantage of the opportunity to learn what Ownership is like.
