Most recently, I am employed at the University of Alberta Hospital as a team lead in Interventional Radiology. As team lead, I am responsible for triaging daily cases (inpatient and outpatient), including being highly adaptable to any incoming emergency procedures. Being in this position requires an assertive nature, adaptable in a very fluid environment. Communication with multiple disciplines is essential in order to benefit and ensure the overall success of the department. Currently, I am assisting in the implementation of a booking template for interventional radiology, which will allow for a more streamlined workday.
