  • I collaborated closely with doctors to promote the best care for each patient and their diagnosis
  • Trained new employees: educated new hires on the protocols that we follow in the office, the type of care we do (wound care, in-office procedures, ingrown toenails, x-rays) for at least 2 weeks until they feel they are comfortable to perform on their own
  • Introduced new treatments for wound care: worked closely with the research team to trial patients testing new treatments to enhance wound care healing
