field, where I have worked as a prep cook and line cook in various restaurants in Los Angeles.

Market. In these roles, I have performed various functions, from inventory management and
sauce preparation to ingredient preparation and the creation of desserts, salads, and sushi, with
experience in cooking dishes on the grill, skillet, oven, and griddle.
