Utilize production blueprints, assembly layouts, written diagrams, parts lists, wire lists, sketches and verbal instructions to perform complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly and leak test operations
Build from start to finish electro-mechanical assembly of 2460's, 2480's 602G and MCT's
Perform complex calibration, alignment and functional leek-out of mechanical assemblies
I troubleshoot, repair and document malfunctions as necessary
Support manufacturing, engineering through the identification of BOM, drawing error, cost reduction and design improvement ideas and creation of Engineering Change requests
Utilize customer requirements sheets, manufacturing documentation and material status to verify correct build of system to determine if promulgated schedule is accurate
Provide a system to Final Test with zero discrepancies at cross-over inspection
Assist in the guidance and training of new employees
Provide work leadership to others through product line instruction monitoring of results and assisting in the writing and assembly and leak check procedures
Complete tasks within established time standards while meeting all procedural requirements
I have all these years of assembly of thin film sputtering on semiconductor equipment
