CARLO PASTRE

SUDBURY

Summary

My philosophy of education, which is rooted in Catholic educational principles, enlists challenging academics, extra-curricular activities, and a structured school community that nurtures the entire child. This is a philosophy I learned myself as a student of St. Charles College through our motto of Goodness, Discipline, and Knowledge. I am passionate about change, appreciate both empathy and firmness when it comes to discipline, and am committed to equity through practicing that minority students, be they Indigenous students or other marginalized groups, are respected, cared for, and encouraged to achieve their best.
