I have a significant sports background; I practiced taekwondo when I was 5 years old, achieving the orange belt, and earning second and third places in a tournament in Mexico. At 13 years old, I started playing soccer, but it was at 15 years old when I won my first cup with my high school team back in Mexico. In Mexico, I earned cups in the Liga Cordica and the Liga Zona Real, winning both cups with the same team. I also secured a second place in the Liga Zona Real. At 17 years old, I moved to Canada and joined a team named "Gorge," located in Victoria, BC, where I attained 2 second places. Nowadays, I continue pursuing the sport I love; I am practicing with a Division 1 team on the island, and I registered for a competitive tournament this summer. I also enjoy watching various types of sports like volleyball, soccer, and basketball. Sports have always been a big part of my life since I was a kid. My dad used to play in professional clubs back in Mexico, and my mom played basketball in high school. I organized tournaments with my friends, and I help my high school organize competitions to integrate people into sports. I always enjoy meeting new people, whether it's to play a sport, organize something for the school, or just have fun.
