I am a certified power yoga instructor with 15+ years of dance, yoga and fitness experience. My passion for teaching yoga, pilates and overall fitness classes started from a young age with my love of dance. Growing up as a competitive dancer I always knew I was meant to be in studios. As my personal dancing career came to an end, I poured myself into the world of teaching.
I create, design and offer diverse classes that are fun, energetic and ultimately leave you feeling strong; both body and mind.
Fitness is my life, and my passion comes out in my classes through my energetic and positive demeanor.
I am always looking to further my education within the world of fitness, to deepen my understanding, and ultimately provide the most impactful classes.
