  • Started within the company a Customer Care agent in the call centre dealing with customer queries and complaints and resolving issues in a calm, respectful and timely manner
  • Moved up to a Sales and Retention agent position, marketing different broadband and phone packages and explaining diverse products to both private and public customers
  • I also communicated new deals to customers and worked towards resolution of any issues to the benefit of both company and client
  • Transferred to a role as a Tech Support agent, this time dealing with customers queries and complaints specifically regarding technical issues with their service
  • This included troubleshooting technical issues, identifying any problems and aiding the customer in resolving the problem through the necessary means
  • Due to having a growing interest in the more technical side of the business I requested, and received, a transfer to a position as an Installation Engineer during Imagines 4G LTE roll out
  • I worked in this role from September 2015 to October 2016
  • I was trained in the technical and physical aspects of installation of services and thoroughly enjoyed the field aspect of the role
  • During this period, I had plenty of experience working at heights, in both domestic situations and on building sites
  • I also gained valuable knowledge running cables, and a basic background in different structural wall types and how to best install for each one
  • I was also trained in identifying service location and type
  • When the roll out was completed, I left to travel South America from November 2016 to June 2017
  • Upon my return to Ireland, I was offered a role with Imagine once again
  • I worked in a data analysis role, researching, collecting, analysing and presenting on a range of topics related to 5G services.
