• Education and on the job training with safe handling: of cleaners, linens and garbage and linen/garbage bins/carts, burnishers, electric floor cleaner machine, wet/dry mops, use of garbage/cardboard compactors.
• Conscientious of infection prevention control in my role by practicing good hygiene including: proper hand washing/hand gel sanitizer, use/discarding of PPE mask, respirator, gowns, gloves, cleaning tools/supplies, on going training for further enhancement in the role.

• In addition, April 25, 2022 - current: worked independently cleaning wheelchairs on a part time basis.
Responsible to create & give a list to the charge nurse of wheelchairs to be cleaned in a designated unit of the facility, collect chairs and take to the tub room in the unit, clean and disinfect properly & uniformly. Once completed return chairs to residents room and record in a log book the room number, type of chair and date.
