Currently undertaking studies in the Hospitality - Restaurant and Hotel Operations program at Niagara College, expected to complete the program by April 2024. Throughout the program, a wide range of skills have been acquired in terms of customer service, hospitality, and restaurant management. Additionally, there has been an improvement in communication skills and keen attention to detail. Passion for providing exceptional service to customers is evident, and there is an eagerness to make a positive impact in the hospitality industry after graduation.
The Smart Serve certification was obtained through the completion of a comprehensive course that covered distilled spirits, wine, and beer. This training provided the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage and mitigate potential risks associated with alcohol service, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of customers.
The Fundamentals of Food and Beverage Service course provided comprehensive knowledge regarding safe food handling practices, health regulations, and necessary sanitation procedures resulting in the acquisition of the Food Handler Certification.
